What's the problem with certificates, champion lists or leaderboards? Their expressiveness. Most of the time, they just mean that exams have been passed. Experience, implemented projects or working in complex environments cannot be read from it.
We would like to see a directory with real experts in DNS, DHCP or IPAM - a kind of a hall of fame for DDI.
